Information entered into a search box, such as a name, phone number, or address, is sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the material included in that message, which is used to respond.

We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.

The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.

The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Texas residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain private-sector data processing under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 541. Because this service keeps little visitor data, a request normally involves a review of the contact mailbox and available server logs. Send a request through the Contact page. Public records held by Texas state, county, or city custodians are outside our control, and record-removal requests must go to the responsible custodian.
